  2. Signing in is a giant hassle

    Why, oh why, do I have to go through authentication EACH AND EVERY TIME I WANT TO SIGN IN? You know, there are some of us who actually put our cell phones away, especially at night, and dont want to have to get it out for the sole purpose of a text, yet AGAIN, from Yahoo, I use the same device but I have to jump thru your ridiculous hoops to prove it. Security is your job, not mine. But if I have to do all of the work, then pay me a salary and I will verify my identity…

    When i have an issue the help site it useless, and after 2 weeks it has been impossible to get in touch with someone for help unless I pay for it.

    Nowadays, it seems as if people are always having problems with certain applications or programs. In today's society it is easy to use automated voice systems when dealing with customer support issues. I feel that it would be to your benefit to reduce the amount of automated voice and replace it with a real human being when people call about problems that they are having.
