A better help system
There should be a better way to recover passwords if you don’t have recovery info . Also we should not have to pay $4.99/month for customer service .

Wrong dialing rule
Having Russian phone number +7 () xxxxxxx, Yahoo tries to send sms or call to +7 8 () xxxxxxx, I.e. adds extra 8 thus failing a sending/calling attempt. So I worry that my phone number (which was confirmed years ago when there were no such bug) could be used to secure my account now.

Please fix the problem with mobile phone number in Russia.
International phone call in Russia is +7. And that's it. Every time I try to fill in my mobile phone number there is "8" after +7. In this respect I can not authorize my phone number in my account.
