Hello, I am very angy right now. I just created this yahoo account. When I post something, I want it to show my nickname and not my first name. I didn’t see how to do this so I clicked on help. I would think Yahoo would want to do something about a SCAM from Oath who are practicing something that is Illegal. and getting into someone's Yahoo account. I am reporting this to the FBI.

Caller from 855-566-8766, says my yahoo acct was hacked.
above ph no called my cell ph on friday 1-25-19, stating my email was hacked & I needed them to fix it... needless to say told them to hose off, but though other users & Yahoo cust. serv. & security should be aware....due to the previous security breech a yr or so back

Need way to contact Yahoo without paying for 24/7 support
Even if not given priority support assistance, your current system is inadequate and frustrating. Links keep routing me back to the same help page which does not address my issues. Your page asks whether it was helpful, and when I respond with "did not address my issue" it responds that my input has been noted. But without knowing WHY it was not helpful (specifically) and what other issues are of concern, you noting that the provided answer didn't address my problem tells you nothing that you can use to fix the problem.

Not being able to sign-in in case recovery info is no longer valid
After inputting valid ID and password,
I have noticed pop up sign that some unusual account activity is verified so was asked to verify the text message to the phone number i have input when i first made the account.But i no longer use the same phone number, so there is no other way that i can verify by recovery info.
It seems really nonsensical to me that this prohibit my access to my account entirely, since this kind of problem might happen often for those who change their phone number and forgot to update their recovery info.

how about u guys get use customer service that we don't have to pay for if the mistake is on your end
your costomer support is really bad and everytime i call they hang up on me. why do I have to Pay to get back into my account when I never signed up a a key account? I have been trying to get this "key" thing off my account t for months. It came to a point where i had to make a new account and i still need access to that account i have bills, bosses, school work being sent to this account and i cant get help from anyone this crazy what every this "key account" thing is it…

Had to sign into my account. It said it would text me a code. Well. It did. I screenshot it but I don’t have an option to send it.

Signing in is a giant hassle
Why, oh why, do I have to go through authentication EACH AND EVERY TIME I WANT TO SIGN IN?
