It’s impossible to get help that actually applies to the problem! It should be extremely simple to block a nasty email sender, and it does not work the way yahoo says it will! Get your act together already

verify who I am with my cell phone every time i sign in? super dumb
I think its super dumb that every single time i try to sign into my email on the computer I have to verify who I am with my cell phone. If i wanted to use my cell phone I would have signed in on that. My password is my verification. ****, if I have to enter some special pin every time just to show I'm not a robot, then I will. You should be able to call a customer service.
You should be able to recover an account if the account holder is willing to email Photo ID or other proof of actual ownership.
Furthermore, I cannot find any info on calling or even emailing a help desk. I get rerouted in circles which is highly frustrating. Help page needs work.

unable to speak wit a live rep
Why am I not able to speak to a live rep about the issues I'm having as it regards to login in my email. The help center is not helping. My account was hacked and I'm not able to access it because whosowver went as far as changing my recovery email and I have alot of important information in my email that waa hacked. I'm starting to get concerned about the level of security you guys have with our privacy. Why is it someone can easily hack yahoo account?

Can you guys just use security questions instead of this account key icon which is not easy to do.
Just do a security question instead of sending account key from another account as this is more efficient and quickest way to log in. Just make it simple and please do it in the same screen not sending keys in another account which is sucks to do and so much wasting time.A password and a back up 4 digit security pin is good enough for security.

Stop requiring device verification. I know my password.
Look, stuff happens and people lose their phones, change phone plans, upgrade their phones, someone steals their activated sim card, their service shuts off due to lack of payment, etc. It's all happened to me sadly, and there is no preparation for any of these misfortunes. I can't simply log into a new device that i most likely dont even have yet, minutes before I'm unexpectdedly parted with the device(s), let alone verify the new device on my **** email account... In settings you can only edit personal info. What kinda settings is that? How the **** am I supposed to control my account with no options.2-step verification should work on even apps. It should be easy to find and consequently the option to not allow less secure apps get access.
