   1. you don't register my "votes" for similar issues - an error happens and you don't count my "yes, I have this same issue" or "yes, this person's complaint needs to be addressed"
   2. it is irrelevant if my issues matches somebody else's issue in your community - I don't care if somebody has a similar issue - I care if you actually address the issue, and
   3. moreover, if I am having the same issue as somebody else previously had, then I expect you as a responsible business entity to have ALREADY addressed that issue and that I should not be experiencing it if you have ALREADY been notified of the problem
   4. the fact that you accept money - even though I would never give you any - for an advertisement-based free service - clearly defines that your services include DIRECT feedback and resolution, and not some half-assed "community"-based system which indicates to me that you really don't give a **** what anybody says to you about your services lacking - guess what? your services are lacking...
   5. the ultimate reason for my remarks - if I boolean search using yahoo advanced search the following: MUST include the words "attessa" and "yacht" and MUST NOT INCLUDE the words "III", "IV", and "1998", why does the list of results include pages with "III", "IV" and "1998" when I said MUST NOT INCLUDE? if you have NO Pages that conform to the search request, then JUST SAY THAT = 0 RESULTS - that's acceptable... 30 results of ******** pages that include information I DIDN'T ask for is ******** - hey Walmart - I don't give a flying **** what you do have; do you have what I ******* asked you for. Bottom line: HEY YAHOO - ******* FIGURE IT OUT!

7. news without trump

   I typed in a request for news without trump. I got pages and pages of everything about trump. I suggest a specific place where people like me can see the news without trump in it. He is the only one right now. In the past I have seen weeks and weeks devoted to one individual. There is good news out there but you don't offer much of it. Please give us a break. I know it will only get worse with the election coming up this year. BUT when I specifically ask for news WITHOUT trump and that's all that comes up next, you have some serious problems with your search engines.
