There is a 'Chronic', intermittent but persistent issue with 'Fake' Spam Pop Up Ads from "ads.yahoo.com" using the "Yahoo! News" APP on my Verizon Wireless Galaxy S4 Android phone.
The page at ads.yahoo.com says:
Your Android has been infected with a virus.
A,A Tap OK to remove now.I never click "OK" or "Cancel", I just back out of the News story and the "Yahoo! News" APP. Then I run the Verizon "Virus Scan" on my phone but it never finds any Virus. I only see this issue…

I cannot open the news stories. All I see is the cover photo and maybe a few words that get you interested in the story.
Fix it so I can read an entire article. I have to go back to my windows based laptop to read what I want to see.

Too many crashes
Also why am I on a yahoo survey after I'm already signed into the app prompted to give you my email address to leave a comment? Why can I press a button to sign into Facebook or gmail on your own post with the click of a button but yahoo I need to type it back in even though I linked here from my yahoo app I was signed into? Are you trying to lose money?

The stories aren’t the same as the ones on Yahoo! Website. The stories repeated and stay on the app for days.
Make the stories the same as the Yahoo! News website and stop putting repeated stories on the app. Also update every day like all the other news do.
