bring back scroll arrows on main page
you used be able to scroll thru the top 50 trending stories. Now the same 5 stores just remain and you have to move down the page. Terrible change. Whats the deal?

Je n'aime pas du tout la nouvelle présentation des news. Je préférais pouvoir faire défiler de gauche à droite les rubriques. Comment puis-je revenir à la version précédente ? Merci

Quit F++king with the main page! Go back to the scrolling front page. It gets worse every time you change it!

I'm really getting tired of having to click on 2 or more pages to read a few paragraphs. Chances are good that the page will freeze and lock up my computer. If this continues I'll be looking for a new homepage.

How many things do I have to click on to get a news article now. Click article, click read more, close original page go back to what I wanted to read and wait for annoying ads to clear. What happened to you yahoo?

Bring back yahoo classic. Miss scrolling across for news and stories. My many friends also hate the latest change, We are all strongly considering going to AOL if no steps taken by yahoo to bring back yahoo classic.

That was my suggestion as well. The same stories just sit there and someone else is selecting your news. Before there were all kinds of stories, food, entertainment, local, national and world news topics, you could scroll through and get a lot of news at once by just reading the headlines....please bring back the side to side scroll on today's top stories.

Really want the scrolling stories back. I have found a work-around through Frontier (which isn't even my service) but it works. Without it, I wouldn't use Yahoo anymore which is sad because I loved it.

I agree! But it doesn't seem like the same stories are listed vertically as those that are in the horizontal pictures. I'm assuming the pictures no longer scroll as it has been modified for touch screen users. But some of us still like to read the stories on our computers that don't necessarily have touch screens. Please provide a way to mouse or arrow through the stories!

I have also gone else ware as a result of the changes. Now I click to have the article popup, then click again to read all of it, then close that window, and then close the previous window to get back to the main page. 20 years as a Yahoo news reader and I have left.

It's to bad Yahoo decided to change it's format, I used to spend my lunch break scrolling through the fun stories. Now, I don't even visit the page anymore. Glad I am not the only one that hates the new format. Sorry Yahoo but you lost a fan, not to mention my coworkers and friends that say they no longer visit the site due to this change.

Agree. New Homepage is much harder to use, not as informative, too many ads. bring back scroll. Show stock market status again, give local weather again. Time for me to change, unless you change

yeah, I really want to like yahoo and feel like i'm part of a dying breed trying to sell the page to friends. the old page is far superior. bring it back. I've reluctantly left for other services.

Totally agree! There is rarely any good/top news stories in the few options that pop up on the home page now. Yahoo's change in format has now driven me to use other pages (like Bing - which I hated and never used before) more frequently, and actually visit the Yahoo homepage less.

Yep. I've gone elsewhere as well. Horrible changes to the new format and home page. Please fire whomever approved this and thinks it is a change for the better.

I hate the pop up news stories that disappear when you are still TRYING to read them - and when you try to scroll through stories, it jumps back to a place that you were not even reading!
