I notice many aviation stories on Yahoo News which I like. I wold like to add another one. I am a survivor of the Canary Islands aircraft accident of March 27,1977, which involved 2 747's that were on the ground in fog. While 544 people died when KLM ran into us on Pan Am 75 of us survived initially and I was in a subgroup of 14 walking survivors. I have recently written a book about my survival story, aircraft safety and runway safety. The title of my book is "Never Wait for the Fire Truck" by David Yeager Alexander (Amazon $14.95). I think many people would like to read my story and find out what new technology will help to prevent a tragedy like this from happening again. Please add the cover artwork to the completed article.
