Stop Animal Cruelty stories
Please STOP with these horrible animal cruelty stories on your front page each day!!!! I literally get sick seeing "Dog dragged behind van" and "Dog's mouth taped shut." Let the cops and local authorities handle these things. You are giving animal abusers ideas and attention.

I'd love to see front page stories about animal rescue efforts, no-kill shelters, efforts to end the baby seal slaughter, etc., rather than "man puts dog in microwave". Half the time, there's some disgusting picture that you can't escape when the page comes up. I'm getting close to just closing my account to avoid the things you post that give me nightmares!!!

I am tired of seeing "news" articles about how pitbulls are evil killers. It promotes the myth that out society holds. I hate that I cannot remove this trash from my news feed and I hate that my love for pitbulls and online searches of them leads you to place this **** on my front page. It is thoughtless and insulting. Stop promoting these news stories.

I'm not sure if this came through to you or not, so here goes again. How about some article on canine behaviorists and responsible dog ownership? It seem that yahoo is going out of it's way to malign the pittbull breed and deliberately inflame the public. I am very close to closing out my yahoo accounts because of your slanted approach.

Seriously. I'm about to give up my Yahoo mail (which i've had since about 1996) due to the absolutely HORRIFIC abuse stories on my Yahoo homepage. If it's not about dead dogs or beaten dogs, it's about dead children or beaten and abused children. This should NOT be the top news of the day! It's awful and helps NO one.

I just used you as a search engine and the first thing I see is about a horrific death of a toddler center stage with graphic detail? I have stopped using you before hoping it would change, today I realized you thrive off the torture of children and animals. You must love it. That is not the way to honor a human being let alone A CHILD! How could you put these people center stage? STOP POSTING ABUSE!!!! And thank you for ruining the days of those who read your disgusting headlines! The least you can do is just say "graphic" for the headline so people can choose to have their hearts broken. But when its front page with a headline stating that some innocent child died because of a disgusting human being pops up immediately we have no choice when we use your engine. I'm sure you are making a killing in advertisements. "Oooh, this toddler died a horrific death, that will get readers lets post that." I swear it will be my mission to make you stop putting monsters center stage but for the sake of your company, a simple "warning: graphic" with no details will do.

Looks like I am not the only one who hates the space they devote to these stories. This is sick click bait and yahoo should be ashamed of themselves for highlighting these horrible people doing this. Unfortunately it doesn't look like Yahoo really does anything to address this.
