Get rid of maximum level audio on video ads in main page
I have a mid range hearing loss so I use earphones to block outside white noise that keeps me from hearing properly. I'm not deaf, my audio level is set at 50% or less, I just have difficulty hearing when there are multiple noise sources. In the last two days I have been painfully blasted by one of the ads on your main page to the point of pain. Somehow it overrides my audio settings and plays at maximum volume. Very unpleasant painful as you can imagine and I would think it much worse for those with normal hearing. I have a decent surround sound system hooked up and I can imagine if I was using it instead of earphones it would rattle the windows in my den. I really don't want to open the page any more. I know you depend on ads for revenue so I'm not saying remove them. I would suggest you ensure that all ads are MUTED and let people who are interested turn them on for themselves. I will definitely go elsewhere, mail accounts and all, for the sake of my hearing if this continues.

It's an effing AT&T ad and you still have it on. I sent ad feedback when I identified and stopped it and it **** well better be off tomorrow. Getting sick and tired and beginning to understand why you are losing membership and going slowly down the tubes.
