yahoo support ignores abuse reports and user complaints why?
My understand of support is that they support in event of issues or breach of policy.
Yahoo support however ignore, play games by closing your case *without addressing it, and asking you to reopen if you still need assistance. If you are lucky enough to get a reply from them, it will be a copy paste standard reply which answer something you never asked and is not even the issue and then they close your case so you can not answer back. The forms reporting abusive comments or requesting deletion of your own comments go unanswered.
Can Yahoo explain this and how they think this even remotely resembles support?
