You have replaced the thumbs down with feedback ,this is stupid,the heart takes forever to register, any time I have attempted to place feedback I get an error message, I have better things to do than try later, also trying to place any comment is a trial the lag time between hitting a letter key and it displaying it is art least 10 seconds and half the time it doesn't appear at all which only causes frustration. If my E-Mail address was not registered at too many locations I would get another service.
