Readers should be able to see the stories and commnents
I left this comment at the end of a story and then thought Yahoo might care and try to fix it. (If I could figure out the maze of their online "help", which I don't have the exhaustive amount of time it would take to navigate.) Beyond making this "help site" more user friendly, my original "idea" (wait for it, it's brilliant) is that ads should not obscure print in the news stories. I'll elaborate:
"I kind of wanted to follow the comments on this story, but Yahoo's page is so messed up that it is not possible. All the advertisements at the right hand side are laying over the story print. I can see the story print peek out between the ads -- so I know I am missing about the last 5 letters or so. Yahoo -- It's hard to read your content when the ads are obstructing them. I'm not going to click on the intruding ads. I'm going to stop reading and move on with my day. (Which is probably what I need to do anyway! )
