Dear Sir/Madam
I have had several Yahoo sites on my homepage for years. In fact, they were at the top of my page because I found them the most useful/interesting.
However, your firm has started posting reader comments at the bottom of the page. When I delete one another appears. I cannot stress too much how irritating I find this practice.
May I ask who at Yahoo has the chutzpah to make this decision? Perhaps I am different from most of your customers. I prefer to read articles that have been written by professional journalists. I do not, under any circumstances, wish to read idiotic comments written by morons.
For now I have rearranged my page so all yahoo sites are at the bottom. I may read them if I have the time and/or inclination.
I would like to know if there is a way to bypass the automatic inclusion of these comments? I doubt if I am the only person who finds your methods offensive.
If I can not avoid these comments I will be forced to delete these all Yahoo sites from my home page. I realize this is tantamount to holding by breath til I turn blue but what the heck. Please see if you can do something.
Thank you for your time. An explanation of your policies by return email would be appreciated.
Best regards,
Gordon Newton
