What's with the old news??? Like some of this is years old - wow! Looks like I need a new daily news service.

The Yahoo news feed is showing several old stories as if they were recent. I noticed them because these articles are about football and it is not football season.
for example:
https://www.yahoo.com/sports/eli-manning-pat-shurmur-upbeat-003319807.html
https://www.yahoo.com/sports/odell-beckham-jr-doubles-down-003325720.html -

And then they play like they don't know what is being referenced.....Look at about 1/2 the articles and you will find that it is old news......honestly I understand.....Yahoo only holds onto the old stories because they do not do any research in order to provide new and updated NEWs....only OLD stories told over and over again by high school kids..,,,,,but the techs can't seem to locate it and need it to be pointed out to them so they can investigate....quite a crew working for Yahoo.

Stop showing the same OLD news for days. I see the same old news stories day after day.

This is liberal Yahoo's way of stopping independent thinkers from voicing their opinions and stacking the deck for Democrats to win their elections. This is how Hitler controlled the people by what they were told and what they were to believe. Yahoo can't handle the truth.

I have noticed lately (last 8-12 weeks) Yahoo! is running articles that seem to be "recycled". Note: this is not concerning the "LIVE video feed" web-page that has been completely messed up for the last 5-6 years.
One dead (pun) give away, after reading the article, is the top/oldest comments/replies are timestamped ranging from 6 months to 2 years!!!
Is this a coding problem/error or are your programmers still interns that don't know squat about coding?

Just take a look at your news heading down the page and check into how old the content is. It amounts to OLD NEWS in most cases.

Please add date/time stamps to the news items; a lot of the news items are repeated several times. News editors should scan for duplicate news items several times a day and remove them.

Yahoo NEWS coverage is very poor. If you want to improve read it completely. Yahoo is almost always 2 to 3 days behind in providing NEWS. Ask your NEWS editors to refer to BBC, Reuters, AFP, NYT and other such reputed current NEWS services, so that get ideas as to what is NEWS. Your web-site failed to refer to a Strong Cyclone that hit at the speed of 225 Km on the coast of Eastern India. Heavy rain and flooding in Mid-west US, Yahoo was behind by 2 days to cover many major disasters happening in this world. More is happening in this world other than Games of Throne, Kim Kardashian and other routinely repeated stale items. Your News Editors do not know or do not understand 'What are the priorities and how to present current NEWS on your web-site. May be it is time to update their training or hiring more experienced editors.Thanks.

Please update your stories more frequently. I keep seeing the same ones over and over day after day. And, please get rid of the "sponsored" garbage.

News feed continues to display very old articles. Why can't you remove these? I don't like reading articles that are several days old.

I am using Google Chrome and with "My Yahoo" account the various News pages (NYT, Vanguard, etc) are several days old. Yesterdays headlines are the same as today's. How do I refresh the news?
