Need an article on how big business does not care about customer satisfaction. Royal Caribbean cancelled a Spring Break cruise on it's paid customers for another charter customer. Their offer of compensation,...nothing more than what can be found online by anyone searching for cruise options. They apparently don't appreciate how much searching goes into selecting these cruise and the options available months ago when the reservations were originally made, no longer exist. Our children will be very disappointed to hear that we are unable to take them on a cruise next year because we can't find an option that met what we wanted to do. Thanks for nothing Royal Caribbean.
