Mismatched stories and photos
How about matching the photo with the story instead of incompetently or deliberately misleading readers as to the nature of the story by using an unrelated photo. I read the headline then look at the photo and think it's absurd. Perhaps other people look at the photo and click. I still think it makes you look incompetent when they realize the photo has nothing to do with the story. OR do you not care since it happens literally every day.

Does anybody at Yahoo know that often the article picture is only partially loaded when you click on an article? It’s sad to see my favorite Yahoo deteriorate.

Case in point Robert Brockman. You put the picture of Robert F Smith on the story. Why would you do that?

The article "Florida man reportedly used $2 million in virus aid to buy boat" from the Grio on your front page incorrectly shows a Black couple from the TV show Love and Hip Hop in the picture widget next to the link for the article and not a picture of the actual suspect Casey David Crowther.

The cover picture for your Miss Universe 2019 story is NOT Miss South Africa and doesn't even come close to looking like the short-haired, dark-skinned beauty.
