Yahoo has over 1800 complaints so far in connection with this inferior '' New'' and ''Upgraded ''
email system and format. This number does not yet include customers who cannot follow
this crazy new system well enough yet to complain. I want to know who at Yahoo is responsible
for this mess. I also want to know if Yahoo intends to respond to these loyal customer complaints
and WHEN Yahoo intends to respond. If Yahoo does NOT intend to respond then inform
your loyal customers of this decision!

The old didn't have so much garbage to contend with. it was a lot easier to navigate and use. The new is cluttered with junk I'll never need in my lifetime. Leave that extra JUNK to the I-pad Junkies.

Bring back Classic version!!!!!

Okay folks, just a friendly advice, this is not Yahoo, anymore. In June 2017, the Yahoo and AOL had joined to become Oath, a digital and mobile media company and part of is part of Verizon. Yahoo has been bought out by Verizon and its a part of a large family. Like Huffington Post, AOL, TechCrunch, Engadget and etc etc.
That's why MERGERS are not good and it becomes Monopoly and always should be contested and illegal.

How do i get my old version back help help i hate this new version. tutorials say go to settings and simply click on basic version but i don't have that option help??

My e-mail was switched without MY CONSENT or Permission. Do you understand what CONSENT AND OR PERMISSION IS? I never signed up anywhere and gave Verizon or Oath permission to do whatever on my behalf.
New format is AWFUL and seems to slow my laptop down.
I don't need fancy colors for my page. I need to be able to
quickly read my messages.

This new format is %^&*ing awful!!!!!!! and the instructions you provided to switch to basic do not work. There is no "switch to basic" option!!!!!! Why would you pull this SH!T!!!!!!!
