    Apprise your customers of WHEN you intend to respond to them and abrogate this

    I GUESS THEY JUST MAKE YOU LOOK AS BAD AS YOU HAVE ACTED.

    Yahoo/ Verizon,
    It must be obvious to even the idiots who you keep on staff to ''Upgrade'' the email format
    that this ''New'' format is a total Failure. Now, all of these feedback complaints have in
    common the fact that customers simply hate this ''New'' format. These complaints also tell you
    Why your customers despise this format . I have made a request that JEFFERY BONFORTE RESIGN NOW. Your customers have been more than patient. Now tell us
    what you plan to do NOW to correct this mess!

    Have you been in recent contact with either Hans Vestberg or Lowell McAdam about the
    over 2600 complaints ( and still counting) against you and you totally inadequate performance
    in connection with the''New'' and ''Upgraded '' email format? Have you discussed a viable
    solution with either of these men? Are either of them presently aware of the specifics of
    your continuous failures in not only customer communications and customer care but
    also your inability to craft a simple and creative solution to the customers who are
    dissatisfied with you and your ''New'' and ''Upgraded'' Email format? The answer to
    this question is No? Well let us see if we can do something about that. Resign Now.

    JEFFERY BONFORTE.
    It is NOW past time for you to read and respond to customer complaints about your
    ''New'' and ''Upgraded'' Yahoo/Verizon email format.ANY competent and in charge
    executive would have recognized the problems which exist within this new format and
    remedied these deficiencies long before now. As you have been specifically informed
    by 2300 customer complaints( and still counting) what was needed to be done to remedy
    this situation, then your inability to do so is inexcusable. All you really had to do was
    reestablish the VERY in demand Classic Mail format, and if necessary include what
    you have deemed so necessary for the ''New'' format which really just appears to
    be an increase in storage and a couple of incidental additions. You have repeatedly
    failed in every significant category here. Therefore, do everyone at Yahoo/ Verizon,
    whether corporation or customer, a favor and RESIGN now. It should be obvious
    to everyone that you are incapable of doing your job. Personally, I am sick of
    your nonsense in the form of what your wonderful ''New '' format provides. You
    resignation will hopefully result in a new Yahoo/Verizon program head being able
    to resolve an email format problem which is beyond either your inclination or
    your ability. In short, your resignation should be a welcome relief to both the
    company and its customers.

    It is almost past time for you to read and respond to your customer complaints regarding this
    ''New'' and ''Upgraded'' email format. If Yahoo/ Verizon survives this issue without a Class Action
    then I will be surprised. However, it IS time for you to RESIGN from your Job. This job should
    be about much more than your personal ego problems in connection with this ''New'' and
    ''Upgraded'' email format. It should be about listening to your customers and providing
    them with the best product and service possible. Your customers are telling you that
    you are failing in all categories. Please do everyone a favor and Resign. This action
    should hopefully provide an opportunity to a program designer to provide Yahoo/Verizon
    customers with the product and services that they both demand and deserve.

    Your customers reporting complaints have all tried your ""New'' and ''Upgraded'' email format
    and find it vastly inferior to Classic Mail. Also, your ''New'' Classic Mail'' is inferior to the
    old format. Now, either get a hold of your ego and respond to these complaints or resign
    from your job and give a flexible program designer the opportunity to give Yahoo/Verizon
    customers the format that they both request and deserve.

    This ''New'' format is so awful that it is a bad joke. You are presently DAMAGING your customers
    in addition to angering and inconveniencing them. This never ends easily or conveniently
    for the corporation. Now pay attention to your customer complaints and respond positively
    with an appropriate remedy.

    This works! The only way that I see it not working for any real length of time is

    email format? No, they have not told you so. Now, listen to these customer complaints!
    You are being told as persuasively as possible that you had a ''Great'' email format but
    for whatever reason, you chose to throw it away and replace it with this ''Awful'' email
    format. Now tell us that you are doing something to rectify your mistake!

    Yahoo/Verizon, you now have 1900 complaints from loyal customers relating to this ''New''
    and ''Upgraded'' email format. The request is simply to return to Classic Mail or return
    to Classic Mail with whatever '' additions'' you decided were necessary for this new and
    vastly inferior format being complained about. You (Yahoo/Verizon) have not even shown
    the courtesy of a reply to your customers. Tell me , why have a FEEDBACK section
    if you do not even intend to reply? Do you believe your customers to be that stupid?
    Presently, you deserve to lose all your customers.

    longtime and loyal customers in connection with this ''New'' and ''Upgraded'' email

    Yahoo has over 1800 complaints so far in connection with this inferior '' New'' and ''Upgraded ''
    email system and format. This number does not yet include customers who cannot follow
    this crazy new system well enough yet to complain. I want to know who at Yahoo is responsible
    for this mess. I also want to know if Yahoo intends to respond to these loyal customer complaints
    and WHEN Yahoo intends to respond. If Yahoo does NOT intend to respond then inform
    your loyal customers of this decision!

    There are easily over 1800 complaints concerning this seriously flawed ''New'' email format.
    Obviously these complaints do not include others who cannot now follow this crazy system
    well enough to register a complaint. So far you ( Yahoo) have been silent. I have personally
    never seen this level of total dissatisfaction expressed so quickly in connection with a company
    product. You are obviously doing something flagrantly wrong and your customers are demanding
    to hear from you about this catastrophe called ''New'' and ""Upgraded'' email. Now let
    us hear from you!

    Yahoo , there are now posted 1700 complaints from customers referencing this new
    and deficient email format. This ''New'' format is damaging some of your customers.

    I have read today literally hundreds of complaints from Yahoo customers advising Yahoo
    that this new email format is inadequate and deficient at best. Now I am asking whoever
    is in charge of this situation at Yahoo to reply NOW to these complaints. Inform us of
    the present status of this mess NOW. This behavior is expected from ANY first class or
    second class corporation or organization. Inform us NOW of present status and what
    we can expect from Yahoo on this important issue!

    I do NOT want to hear another B. S. comment from Product Services. I do want to know
    who is your new CEO since Marissa Mayer resigned?. If you do not provide me with
    his/her contact information then I will obtain it from other channels. I specifically want to
    know what Yahoo is doing to remedy this situation. Presently Yahoo is damaging my
    business through this crazy format and I intend to do something about it. Additionally,
    please provide contact information for the Yahoo Legal Dept. I intend to contact them.

    This NEW email format is not only inferior , it is UNACCEPTABLE.
    Inform me of HOW to get Classic Mail back. Also, inform me of whether any steps
    are being taken by Yahoo to listen to these hundreds and even thousands of
    complaints and whether Yahoo is taking ANY steps to remedy matters.

    Before moving to gmail I want to register a complaint to someone in a position of
    authority at Yahoo regarding this new email format. Additionally, I am asking you
    to apprise me of the status of this mess, and inform me as to whether anyone in
    authority at Yahoo is listening to these complaints and doing something about this matter.
    This storm will NOT blow over.
