Stop changing things and forcing us to use a "new" version that is slower than molasses and totally sucks. Do you not have enough work to do that you have to mess with stuff that worked just fine? Let us go back to the old format - let US make that decision for ourselves.

seriously! You keep forcing this new format on us and we keep going back to the old one. What should that tell you?????

I have read today literally hundreds of complaints from Yahoo customers advising Yahoo
that this new email format is inadequate and deficient at best. Now I am asking whoever
is in charge of this situation at Yahoo to reply NOW to these complaints. Inform us of
the present status of this mess NOW. This behavior is expected from ANY first class or
second class corporation or organization. Inform us NOW of present status and what
we can expect from Yahoo on this important issue! -

I want the old format back. Some reasons the new format needs work:
-- the left side is constant width instead of variable which cuts the folder titles off
-- with static left side, the sub-folders aren't indented enough
-- the trashcan is on the right side: it was better just before the message next to the star
-- folder names not bold to signify unread mail, instead there is a bubble I can't figure out since the bubble is not always bold for unread mail
-- the spam folder does not show the number of unread emails
-- etc.
I have tried the new format several times. Each time, I go on a tangent into settings trying to adjust the look/function they way I like it, but each time I waste a couple hours I didn't have and switch back to answer emails.I will use the instructions below until they don't work (thanks originator!), then switch to a different service.

I intensely dislike being forced to change something that worked well. The design of the page is poor by comparison to the old format, and although I have used yahoo since I started navigating the internet, I will be seriously thinking about whether I wish to consider keeping an account.

The old classic format was so much better. Why do they force you to change. I am going to gmail.

There is no earthly reason why Yahoo needs to keep changing the format/layout of the email service! Why can't you just stick with one and stay there!?!?!?

I do not like this new version - it sucks. And, I never selected the "install" or "upgrade now/next time" buttons either. I hate it... I want the old version back :((
