I don't like the new format at all and have switched back already several times in the past but now it's no longer possible :(( I want my old format back!!! Can we please make our own choices instead of you doing it for us?

I want my old format back, this new one is so ugly. I don't see why you have to change it, apparently someone in your organization has nothing better to do. You have said you listen to us which is a lie, because YOU, NOT ME, changed it for me. What on earth is your problem? It looks like I will have to change to another hot mail after being with YAHOO for such a long time.

PLEASE HELP ME AND KEEP COPYING AND PASTING MY INSTRUCTIONS HERE1) Open and log into sh*tty new Yahoo email if you aren't already
2) Copy this text: https://mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?action=mails
3) Open a new Chrome browser window while keeping sh*tty one open (Worked in Firefox too :)
4) Paste the text into new brower window
5) Close sh*tty new yahoo browser window
6) if it worked, BOOKMARK copied link in new window (this is important as it will become your goto-button everytime you log in to get back to Classic)
7) Raise middle finger of victory and KEEP SENDING YAHOO YOUR SENTIMENT

Clearly we do not like the "improved" Yahoo Mail. PLEASE bring back Classic Mail. Or perhaps it's time to switch to gmail....

Awful, awful, awful. You can't find email on searches, before you could pull up and tell what folder you want. I don't have time to waste hunting through a hundred or more emails of junk ads to find the one I want. Told you before it was awful and now you auto changed it. Yahoo you stink right now. Fix it or you are going to lose people. When you upgrade it is supposed to be easier to navigate not a nightmare. if you can't fix it give us back the old format and stop wasting our time we don't have to waste.

I may have to leave yahoo if you insist on forcing this change on me. It is totally not what I want and it is very hard to use and see.
