    I also did not accept the new format.Thanks YAHOO for making the choice for us. Absolutely Disappointed.Downgrade not an upgrade.

    Please give me old version back. There are many bugs in new version and it's annoying,
    (1) Copy text from Microsoft Word to Yahoo compose, it's paste text with double lines. This was working fine in old version.

    Hate, hate, hate the new format. I consider it a downgrade. I want my old classic mail style page back. And while you're at it put the articles carousel back in operation on the home page - bored to tears with having to scroll, scroll, scroll. I purposely DID NOT accept the new format yet you changed it on me anyway. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    have been able to switch back everytime to classic email till now ---yahoo needs someone who will listen to people -- start firing till someone can help

    How do I get the old format back and still keep your programmers paid? I know they have to make a living. Just making something that worked fine before ugly.

    This new format is disgusting. Tell me how to get Classic Mail back. Otherwise I
    will go to gmail. This is a pathetic problem which Yahoo has created, and I want to
    know right now what Yahoo is doing to remedy this mess.

    This new version sucks. Bring back the classic format or restore the option to revert back to the classic version. I am moving to gmail until I have the option to revert to classic and permanently if this sorry idea is the only option. Listen to you users, no one wants this format.
