Why did you do this? Maybe if you explained I would understand. It seems arbitrary. I have been on yaho for over 15 years. I am ready to switch to gmail.

Yahoo is getting out of hand. We need choices and not forced into anything! Switch back to Classic and way less pop-up ads. Very annoying!!

Don't automatically switch to the new version! Don't like it at all! Switch me back to Classic immediately! Everyone should drop yahoo and go with GMAIL!

Please return old format! Just because you update the system, why does the entire format have to change?

Bring back the classic settings. This version sucks and I find the constant ads to be intrusive, distracting, unwanted and just plain annoying!

New version seems to have a problem with autopopulate of email addresses. I also hate the fact that when I do put in an address there is a pop up with graphics for the person's contact information that blocks the top of the area where I want to be writing "dear mary" I have click on to remove that before I can start writing, an extra and annoying keystroke. WHY?

I WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree with wanting the Classic settings version back!
With so many frequent changes and new versions of most of the things that people have become increasingly dependent upon, i.e. mobile phones, tablets and smart home devices/appliances, what is so unappealing about having certain things just remain the same???
Has corporate america and big tech completely abandoned the adage, "if it's not broken, don't fix it".
I feel it's actually become more refreshing when I can count on something static that doesn't need any changes to remain dependable and effective.
Discontinuing the Classic version is obviously a sore point for a considerable number of Yahoo Mail users, so why not let us have the Classic option back??? If all those same account owners desired or required a new format, they would voluntarily opted into it.
Thank you kindly in advance for your consideration, Yahoo.
