    Please provide an option to switch back to Classic Mail format! The new format is not useful nor user friendly!

    I (we) HATE the latest yahoo mail format/interface... WHY impose a "fix" on what ain't broke??

    POSSIBLE WAY TO GET BACK CLASSIC try this, it DOES work for me

    1) Open and log into sh*tty new Yahoo email if you aren't already
    2) Copy this text: https://mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?action=mails
    3) Open a new Chrome browser window while keeping sh*tty one open
    4) Paste the text into new brower window
    5) Close sh*tty new yahoo browser window
    6) if it worked, BOOKMARK copied link in new window
    7) Raise middle finger of victory and KEEP SENDING YAHOO YOUR SENTIMENT

    8) please DON'T comment further on this thread; keep this info sitting here at the top for others. But please DO keep sending yahoo your sentiment on other threads, maybe next millennium they'll get the message.

    Give me the option to go back to the classic view. I do not like the new format.

    Bring back the old yahoo version of email, i dont like this new one and stop changing it up. If people want to change it, let them come to you dont just automatically change it on them.

    I need Classic Mail . Change it or give me a chance to change it . It is not showed in below part of settings that I can change it . Help me

    Big companies that ignore their customers Do go out of business.
    I have been using Yahoo Mail for 18 years.
    Today I'm not happy, because you changed the "look" of one of my yahoo mail accounts. Apparently there is no way to change it back. My other 2 accounts have not changed, so that explanation is hard to believe.
    I know this is a waste of time. I'm not sending an email to a responsible customer service rep who will read it and respond back to me. Your customer service people (on the phone) cannot help me. When a company tells me with their treatment of me that I am not important to them I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
    I think you are going to mess up my other accounts and treat me badly. Today I will open an email account with another company. I will slowly migrate my email contacts to the new account. It will take a year or so to move all my communications. At some point I will be gone. Completely.
    You will have lost a loyal long term customer.
