I want my old yahoo back. I hate this set up. I am thinking of deleting my account and going with another. I hate to I have been with yahoo forever. But this new setup stinks, and you are forcing us to have it.

Yahoo sprung the new email format on me just a few days ago, after I delayed and refused several times. I've been using it, and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY in which this is an improvement over the last format. The search mechanism doesn't seem to know me. The listing of files on the left is so abbreviated on each line, that it's hard to find the file I need. The trash is way over on the right where it's easy to trash the wrong email. I could go on and on. How on earth do I get back the previous format? Why do you spend time and effort making an INFERIOR PRODUCT? Have you never heard the saying: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

With new emai, I didn't recognize Spam or Trash and erased mail I had not even read yet. Man am I upset I wish Yahoo would leave changes voluntary. This is just one more example of things being forced upon us. Change is not ALWAYS for the better.

I don't like this new format. It is too multi colored, hard to navigate, doesn't give the emails accounting etc.
I hate it. please give me back the old format.

Put the CLASSIC EMAIL BACK!!!!!! I own 3 businesses and the new email format is truly messing with my ability to run my businesses! Do I need to sue Yahoo for lose of business and productivity! There was absolutely nothing wrong with the old CLASSIC EMAIL and now you have taken away my ability to switch back to the CLASSIC EMAIL!!!! LET ME REMIND YOU, THIS EMAIL ACCOUNT IS MINE AND IT IS NOT YOUR PROPERTY!!!!

How many people must tell you the new email Is bad before you stick it on them. What are you trying to do, switch everyone to Gmail?

yes. new format is bad -- esp hate:
1) the huge auto generated email address card that hovers over any reply email you initiate, blocking your ability to see or type your text -- which are the two most important things you need to do to use email, not look at some stupid email address graphics box.
2) the disappearance of your email tabs, so you have to refind every email you might have been looking at, or have to go into the draft mailbox to find anything you were working on.
3) I've also lost the ability to toggle back and forth between my personal and small business emails without have to re-log in and scroll past the stupid Oath privacy stuff. -

POSSIBLE WAY TO GET BACK CLASSIC try this, it works for me
1) Open and log into sh*tty new Yahoo email if you arent already
2) Copy this text: https://mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch?action=mails
3) Open a new Chrome browser window while keeping sh*tty one open
4) Paste the text into new brower window
5) Close sh*tty new yahoo browser window
6) if it worked, BOOKMARK copied link in new window
7) Raise middle finger of victory and KEEP SENDING YAHOO YOUR SENTIMENT8) please DONT comment further on this thread; keep this info sitting here at the top for others. But please DO keep sending yahoo your sentiment on other threads, maybe next millenium theyll get the message.
