Put back comment section
When yahoo took the comment section away it took my reason for using yahoo as a news source. Yahoo articles make no sense sometimes and the comment section has the condensed version of the article. The comment section always gave difference perception of the article. And it was funny as all get out. It was my daily laughter. Add a ignore/block button like FB has if this has become an issue.

Eliminating the comments equals getting your entire company sold. No one buying the extremist FAR LEFT agenda. What do you do to conservatives in your infrastructure... Fire them? Party of tolerance. I think not. Your behavior is akin to the book burning Nazis you espouse to be so radically against. Talk about double standards!

Agree 100%.
The comments were often more interesting and on point than the article the comments were to.
When are they coming back?
I like the ignore/block button idea. Some commenters are so off the wall I do not want to read what they have to say. Some are just belligerent and attack and insult. -

Come on folks.... Let’s all be sure we can see the obvious. It’s hard to blackball & demonize a group of existing people that comprise half of America and who, by & large, played a pretty integral role in building one heck of a great place to live when compared to every other country in the world. When San Francisco outlets like Yahoo (who represent so very few true Americans) tries to get the masses to believe that a 3 hour “insurrection” was the end-all, be-all darkest moment of our history.... BUT these same outlets have no problem and essentially ignore 4 months straight of our cities burning, mass violence/unrest, public statues toppled without gaining any sort of proper permission from city councils. A Comments Section? Seriously? They’d get annihilated by the real people who live in America and despise these Lefty groups like Yahoo who hate this country. If my goal was to tear-apart America as a media outlet, I’d steer clear of a Comment Section too.

Sooo, Yayhoo, you have still "temporarily" stopped the comment section. What, exactly, is your definition of temporary? This has gone on for more than a year!!!!!! That is not temporary. You continue to push the democratic agenda and stifle anyone who disagrees with it. Now, you are pushing the vaccine. Are your leftist writers trained medical doctors?? NO! So, quit pushing it and telling everyone who chooses not to get it, wrong! And, how about letting people with differing opinions put them out on your website? I'm sure it's just because you know we have good, common sense opinions and you don't want to hear that. Your trashy "news" writers just want to tell us how superior they are to the rest of us and that we should fall in line. This is still a semi-free country. Quit censoring free speech!!!!!!!

Yes Absolutely!!
The Yahoo news has gone so far Left that there has to be an outlet to debate it’s radical propaganda it is printing.
Why has yahoo gone so extreme left?
Has it’s removal of the comments section part of the Communist’s attempt to take away our freedom of speech? -

I agree the content of Yahoo has greatly diminished and I learn more from the feedback than many of the articles. I found it very curious that the comments were suspended prior to the election season.

That being said...
..NO MATTER HOW the so-called "main"stream media attempts to rewrite history, in an attempts to deem it ALL to be "woke" RACIST-ism and tries to suppress FREEDOM of SPEECH by not allowing their users from commenting on any and all social media hubs WE WILL STILL SPEAK OUT TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT!!!

The only reason I liked Yahoo was being able to read and share comments . Otherwise Yahoo is nothing but a giant Ad campaign . It is pretty much the worst email around .

Yahoo discontinued the comments for the same reason FB banned Trump. If the truth hurts, ignore it, suppress it, or lie about it. As for the US poll on the Chavuin verdict, USA Today must have polled 90% democrat or blacks. Conservative whites and anyone with any sense, knows this trial was not fair. First it should have been taken out of state and second, the jury was threatened by Maxine Waters.

Your news section on the murder of Ashli Babbit is another example of the corrupt and hypocracy of US govt. and our sick society. If you are a law enforcement with any of the federal govt. agencies you can murder, smuggle weapons to drug cartels, commit election fraud, violate espionage laws, and other crimes and get away with no punishment. Has any FBI, ATF or Justice Dept personnel ever been prosecuted for the shooting of a woman holding a baby at Ruby Ridge, the killing of all the women, children persons at the Waco standoff, the smuggling of weapons to drug cartels by the FBI and ATF resulting in the deaths of a number of Border Patrol Officers, the shooting of Mr Finicum in Oregon at the standoff at an abandoned building on empty range land. By the way he was shot in the back while holding his hands up and had committed no crime and the alleged "agents" continued to shoot into a vehicle occupied by no one but a woman and several children. Look it up, the video used to be on UTube if the corrupt govt. hasn't made them take it down.
As a retired policeman for over 35 years, if I committed any of these or lesser crimes I would still be in prison and I am 75 years old. This nation is finished and liberals and Democrats and corrupt Republican politicians are responsible.
Ashli Babbit.s murder should be identified publicly and prosecuted. -

The comment section on any news platform is the best part for the public to share constructive ideas to get people thinking.
