This is my 2nd request for Yahoo to provide an explanation for rejecting my reply to a poster. My reply was not in any way offensive to anyone. I was describing companies that I used to work for as "Xrappy" and you rejected my comment. Yet you did NOT stop a poster "Bill" when he called myself and another poster (Susan) a pig. Why this unfairness of rejecting comments Yahoo?

Cite which part of Community Guidelines a post violates when it is decided to be taken down. I have had 2 post recently removed for "violating" the guidelines. Which part of my most recent post is not factual? Which part of this post is threatening? The districts I cited in my post are in fact extremely gerrymandered, and if not so, minorities would not have fair representation in Texas government. This can be verified by going to https://redistricting.capitol.texas.gov/Current-districts.
My post: "Texas congressional districts are gerrymandered to favor minorities, so they have some representation in the state government. Look at Texas state congressional districts 6, 13, 16 and 23. They are specifically outlined to follow where high concentrations of hispanics and blacks reside. Outside of city centers, there are hardly any places with high concentration blacks, and whites and hispanics are almost proportionately distributed around the state. Most of the districts follow county lines until you get to the cities."

Your comment moderation is complete trash. A completely sexist racist POS goes on a rant about how all black people only go up to houses at night to rob them and later says, "Have women ever done anything beneficial for America? Suffrage was a mistake." And yet you say that comment in particular doesn't go against your community standards. Meanwhile, I cannot make a comment calling this horrible excuse of a person a "racist" or "sexist" because both those words get flagged.

This story is disturbing on so many levels. I'm a white man, and the despicable hatred displayed by this person is reprehensible. At some point, we need to find a way to get beyond this *********** hatred that some people possess. We have to find a way to keep guns out of the hands of the mentally ill. I'm not even sure how this happens. Every single firearm I own has required a background check. Every single background check I have is delayed, as someone with a name similar to mine has a felony on their record. I have to wait three days, every time I buy a gun. You know what? It's NOT a big deal. I wait the three days, then pick it up. If you need a gun faster than three days, maybe you have ill intent. This situation is just tragic.

I responded with almost the exact same comment as a person responding to one of my posts. Same language. His post stood. Mine was CENSORED! No profanity, no attack, just some slight sarcasm throwing his words to me back in his face. YOU NEED TO STOP CENSORING PEOPLE ARBITRARILY AND IRRATIONALLY. THAT'S HOW YOU CAN IMPROVE.

I respect censorship but you people seriously crossed the line with no intentions on stepping it back to an adult language theme, the words we use are every day words for communication, it is a disgrace to treat grown adults with a educated vocabulary that contains two letter of words you find offensive and those are not the words being used, Maybe it's time to fire the head of that department and hire someone who knows what they are doing.

It will send Canada's smoke back at them, give me a justifiable reason your ridiculous censor rejected that comment or do you think it offends the 3 year olds on here reading it.

Comments are turned off on articles where we have a legal duty to. There are three main examples of this: when there is an active investigation and somebody has been arrested, when there is a trial and comments could prejudice a jury and when there is a story involving a sexual offense, you are blocking much more than what you have listed, Why?

whatever your system is using, it is extremely over- censoring the comments ! what a joke! Do you have any idea how much extreme stress, frustration and animosity and ill will your bad system/ censorship generates? you also block people from even commenting at all, must be using some system setting that won't allow comments from certain users you disagree with. THIS WILL LEAD TO YOUR DOWNFALL. AND YOU WILL LOSE THIS NEWS AND EMAIL PLATFORM ALTOGETHER. SO BE IT, YOU ARE NOT WORTHY .

I recently had a post rejected . It was only quotes from trump . That was it . I was trying to prove he was a mean man. If I can't quote the president of the US then there is a problem. I used quotation marks and they were easily checked for accuracy.

Yahoo News is getting horrible with its ridiculous censoring of words they use in their stories but we can't. Ether reject the story or allow the same words to be used in the comments. If it's offensive in my comment it's offensive in your article, stop your double standards it's not American it's socialist.

For some reason you disabled comments when I am in the UK but when I am in the USA this censorship is not there. We want to be able to comment on news and stories you have on your feeds just like in the USA - free speech and all that. Please put it back as you quite clearly can
