EBAY Suspending memberships without explanation or appeal.
I am a 72 year old retired Ph.D Psychologist who has bought and sold on EBAY for over 20 years. I was notified of my permanent suspension and my attempt to address the matter was abruptly terminated. I have the notice and the transcript.
Apparently this is happening quite a bit. I found a similar event in England for a 73 year old man. A troubleshooter news group publicized it and he was reinstated.
A couple of days ago I wrote snail mail to to 24 members of the board and top department heads at EBAY. They have no working customer service number.
I would be thrilled if you would be interested in taking up this story. Not just for me, but for all the other folks who have been subjected to this Kafkaesque nightmare.
