credit card..." and then a long and earnest story about how he charged $702 at the Mankato Target on somebody's credit card." Other than the people in the rural community where this happened, WHO GIVES A ****? WHY ARE YOU PADDING YOUR NEWS WITH THIS BS? I DON'T HAVE TIME TO READ ALL THIS LOCAL NONSENSE.
