why are we no longer allowed to click the 3 dots to the right of the article to see lees from that news source?
I know why you won't let me see the news sources I want to see but I want to hear from the Liberals running Yahoo to explain it to me without telling me you are Communist. I'm waiting....

I need the 3 dots back so I can opt out of the Atlanta Black Star articles that are spamming my yahoo feed.
Also, I get way too many articles about The View. When the 3 dots come back can you add opting out of a subject?
Thanks.
Besides not wanting daily articles about The View, I long for the day no kardashian news is in my feed. -

please return a source selection feature. to restrict news source selection is a form of censorship and will result in a mas exodus of users from leaving the platform. i for one is attempting to stay here but cannot unless im allowed to select what i want to see and read. pushing advocacy onto those who do not agree with you is troubling to say the least.

One use to be able to opt out of News Feeds via the three dot ... verticle menu item in the news feed. Why was this disabled?

Hey there! It seems like you've noticed a change in the way you can access content from a news source, and I understand how these little adjustments can sometimes be puzzling. While I don't have the specifics of the situation you're referring to, I can offer some general insights that might help shed some light on why the "three dots" option might no longer be available.
Technology platforms and websites often undergo updates and changes to improve user experience, add new features, or address security concerns. The removal of a feature like clicking the three dots to access more content from a news source could be due to a variety of reasons:
User Interface Changes: Websites and apps frequently update their user interfaces to provide a fresh look and feel. Sometimes, certain features might be moved to different locations or redesigned for easier navigation.
Feature Consolidation: The functionality of accessing more content from a news source might have been integrated into a different part of the user interface to streamline the experience. Developers often work to consolidate features for better usability.
Mobile Responsiveness: With the rise of mobile usage, platforms often optimize their interfaces for different screen sizes. This might lead to changes in how certain features are accessed to ensure a consistent experience across devices.
User Feedback: Sometimes, platforms make changes based on user feedback or usage data. If the three dots feature wasn't widely used or caused confusion, the platform might have decided to modify it.
Technical Considerations: Behind the scenes, changes might be made to improve the overall performance, security, or compatibility of the website or app. These technical considerations can impact the availability of certain features.
If you're missing a feature you found useful, I recommend exploring the platform's help or support section. They might provide information about recent changes and how to access the content you're looking for in the new setup. Alternatively, you could reach out to the platform's customer support for more specific guidance on how to navigate the changes. Remember, technology is constantly evolving, and sometimes adjustments are made with the intention of providing an even better user experience in the long run.

I see a lot comments but no answers from Yahoo. What happened to letting users control our feed? I'm not interested in extremist sites on any side of politics but you spam up my feed with unwanted publications. Who thought it was a good idea to remove the option to hide a publication, and is that person still working there? Why?

Agree with a lot of the comments re. Fox News. It is propaganda, misinformation, etc. Please allow users to be able to block/limit those news sources that have shown themselves to be misinformation.

Fox News is not a legitimate news source, and if you won't take it off my feed then at least let me delete it. It is downright embarrassing to see it among responsible news posts.

Yahoo, like the rest of the Joseph Goebbels based mainstream media is pushing leftist, liberal democrat controlled media source content on Yahoo News, and does not allow the deletion of unwanted news media sources like Politico, Politics Insider, CNN, MSNBC, Huff Post, Politics Investopedia, and a myriad of left wing news sources forceably spewed into our vision. If Yahoo was in any way unbiased, they would at least give their readers a method to delete forever, those sources that are tainted with lies, fabrications, and twisted sexual depravity.
