I have, several times, reported a commenter [MGC] who routinely engages in insults and bullying. Yet, nothing is done. His comments are back within a half hour. Yet, I frequently find that that comments I submit are deleted at a later date when they are factual and civil. It certainly gives the impression of a less than objective enforcement of your community guidelines.
