Instead of wasting your time blocking or censoring. let people talk even if they use words your AI don't like. You block someone cause they use the name ****? Its a PERSONS NAME!!!!!! You only allow people to correspon a certain time then you end the chat! Try spending time making your product and service better then making people more angry!
