I don't like the new news format that came in about a week ago (2/15/24)

Return to the Original Yahoo format. The "New Yahoo" has taken most of the entertainment and enjoyment out of your news site.

Your new comments format is AWFUL. PLEASE go back to the old way. If you can like - you should be able to dislike. I don't wish to communicate by emoji - I'm not five years old.

The new comments section set-up stinks. At the very least, restore readers' ability to block/ignore other commenters who post offensive or irritating comments, in my case the surprisingly large number of MAGA middle school types that infest your comment boards.
I'm already searching for an alternative to Yahoo News and Yahoo Finance that allows me to read and write in peace. -

Fix the new news chat UX, it's horrible. I've used Yahoo since it was only a search engine. There's no use entering comments for a discussion if you can't see the discussion. You have removed both my avatar name and the notification bell. There's no way to see if anyone responded to my posts, no way to have a discussion or to address poor comments. That means it's no longer a format for discussions but only for people to spout opinions without response. Terrible.

Hi, I don't like the new yahoo mail. You give the option of going back to the old version which I have done but it is not the same - there is no back button, you have added an extra step in moving emails. If you offer a return to the old version please ensure it is the old version and not some hybrid version. I liked the old version - it was simple, great layout and it worked - now it is harder to use not easier.

Yahoo mail interface has changed for worse. The previous interface was much better to sort out mails and each entry in the inbox was clearly identifiable.

The new update of Yahoo mail that now has all mails in a tinted light gray color, which was originally only used for mails that have not been opened, is a terrible idea. Because now all emails in the inbox looks the same unlike before where it was able to differentiate opened mail vs unopen mail. Hovering over a certain mail takes off the tint, but it does not help the stated above. It genuinely looks bland and will make it easier for people to miss new mail.

Your app for Android is not something that I like. I now have two accounts with the same email address. Sometimes improvements are not fully tested. I hope the version for laptops, etc. is better presented than your Android app.
BTW, how do I get rid of the second email with the same address without deleting all my messages and address book. -

if someone sending email for scheduled meeting, previous option of showing calender and timing of meeting is viped out on new email version. that is quite important

Can't change color or background in Yahoo free email. Theme is missing from account.

I use the Dark Mode theme setting (I haven't yet checked how this is with Light Mode), but it's really hard to distinguish Read vs. Unread mail in my inbox without having to resort to filters. The only difference I can see is that Unread mails have their text in bold, but it would be great if the contrast could be further improved by also changing the background color of unread mail to contrast with the background color of read mail.

The new Ymail+ that came onto our Samsung phones is not what we like.
It appears that we now have to pay $1.99 or $4.99 to maintain our Yahoo email accounts that Cox Comms forced us into.
We just want our basic, free emails that we used to have.William (850) 450-0499 and Janet (850) 501-0948 Feallock

Your updated look is awful. I can't even read the content of some emails in the dark theme, forcing me to use the glaring bright theme. Why on earth did you remove the nice themes?! Please give them back.

Why does yahoo keep fiddling with the newsfeed format? Please change back to the format with the small photo on left side /text on right
instead of blocking the screen with one item at a time. -

The new format on news page is horrible. You changed back but then now you've changed again. The smaller version is much more pleasing and easier to follow.
Please change back and leave it -
