Since week 1 has already started, you won't be able to edit matchups unless you reach out to us directly via the Sports section through help.yahoo.com. If you reach out, we can help update week 1 matchups according to your request. Option to edit max adds in matchups that last longer than a week
The max adds per week needs to be 2 categories:
Regular weeks (current default)
Weeks that last longer than 7 days (all star break weeks, week 1 if applicable)Week 1 of the 2024 season spans 2.5x as many days as every other week and is one of if not the most important times of the year for adds. We need the option to have more adds allowed this week and the annual 2-week all star break matchup.

Jared Jones of the Pirates is listed twice in the player pool. One version should be removed.

Jung Hoo Lee is util only
He should have OF/CF eligibility, no?
Hello Dan,
Player positions are determined based on info from the MLB roster and past performance. Once the player has gained eligibility, they won't lose it even if they don't make additional appearances in the season.
Determine position eligibility
The number of games a player completes determines position eligibility.
- Position eligibility – 5 starts or 10 total appearances in a position.
- Pitcher eligibility – 3 starts to be a starter, or 5 relief appearances to qualify as a reliever.
Use the position eligibility countdown
The number under each position shows how many games remain until the player is eligible for that position. If an "E" appears in the column, they're already eligible to play.
- Under the "Players" tab, click Position Eligibility.
- Type the player's name into the available field.
- Click Search.

Keeper Salaries - allow commissioner to adjust salary for all rostered players, not just keepers
The commissioner should be able to go in after the draft and adjust the "Keeper Salaries" for all rostered players, not just the keepers. I like the salary feature, but for my league, and I imagine many others, its not just keeper players that get assigned a value. There should just be a feature under the "Manage Other Teams" section that allows you to go into any roster and adjust the player salary.

Use a more modern Calendar Control?
The current Calendar Control only lets you pick one of three days before the date you're on or three days after the date you're on - can we just replace it with a traditional calendar control so that we can pick any date we want? And also have a way to jump back to the current date.
This would remove a ton of extra clicking when you want to go back to a game at the beginning of the season or something.

Draft players on time please
I set my Sunday Baseball Max draft for 11:30 pm Pacific to get as many people as we could in it (we only got 6) and expected it to be automatically instantly drafted before the 2 games in Korea, but our league is still undrafted. what's up with that? Does anyone know?

Minimum Plate Appearances Per Week
Parallel to the minimum innings per week threshold, this feature would require a team's hitters to total a minimum number of at-bats/plate appearances per week. If they fail to reach this mark, they will lose all of their hitting games for that week.

No Bench if No Bench
If a league has allocated 0 bench slots to managers, managers should not be able to move players to the bench. This could be an option that is turned on in Commissioner Tools so if not relevant for all leagues it can be turned on/off.

Jung Hoo Lee - OF
I cannot start Jung Hoo Lee at CF, RF, or LF. Please apply one, two, or all of these to his position eligibility. Categorizing a player as just "OF" extremely limits their roster value when they should actually be more versatile, as they are on the actual roster.
Once he makes 5 starts or 10 appearances in any of those OF positions he will earn that eligibility.

Why can I not contact Yahoo Help? Nothing happens when I get to Create Request. I wish to delete a team but it won't allow it, even though I have yet to finalize the teams.

Search function for draft rankings
Making custom draft rankings is tedious having to filter by position to add add a player to your list. Can we add a search function (similar to what is used when searching for FAs) that we can use to more quickly find a player we want to add to our rankings?

NON-RESETTING BID CLOCK
Maybe have an option that during bidding for auction style leagues, the clock doesn't restart after each bid.

60 day stats over Daily Projections
Daily Projections are coming up as a default on your mobile app and driving me nuts. They're barely needed and get in the way. They cost me time changing to today's stats and often can be confused with the actual stats. A 60 stat would be a better use of your space.
Further, moving the start active players and making it smaller was not a good change either.
Perhaps, that was done to solve the bug that caused the roster updates to get stuck and not switch back to roster. But, if it wasn't, it's irritating when dealing with a… -
Why are games in Korea not being counted? Unfair in rotisserie leagues/
Why are games in Korea this week not being counted in statistics? It is the start of the regular season and managers who drafted players on those teams lose out on two games of statistics. Why was the decision made not to count the ENTIRE major league baseball season?

MJ Melendez
MJ Melendez qualified for LF and RF last year. Why won't you fix this? He doesn't have to "earn' eligibility all over again this year! Mookie Betts played SS for the 1st time last year, and he is eligible, correctly, this year. Melendez played over 50 games at both LF and RF last year, yet he is ineligible this year! Makes no sense- please fix this!

Why is drop down menu on manager level still messed up?
Last year when Yahoo decided to do more updates to website it only screwed up some menus from manager page that simply do not work.
Why? Why do you do an update and everything not work? I see them, they are still useful but they do not work.
Now it is over 6 months later and they still don’t work

MJ Melendez
Product Support answer to why Melendez isn't eligible in LF and RF makes no sense! He already "earned the positions" last year by playing 58 games in LF and 72 in RF. Please fix this! Also, JD Martinez didn't play in the field at all last year, but is still eligible in LF.
