Rosters - Position eligibility requests 2025-26

Position eligibility requests for the 2025-26 season.

We will continue evaluating players for new positions going forward and make updates where appropriate.

As of 10/4/23, we added the option for Commissioners to award position eligibility to players that haven't earned it by Yahoo Fantasy's standards yet. Keep in mind, this tool will only allow commissioners to add positions, not edit or remove them. Commissioners can add new positions using the steps here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN7057.html

    You guys barely made any position eligibility changes since the season started. How many months do we need to wait until some players get more positions? I do not understand why you guys always have to dissapoint the fantasy community when we all just want more flexibility. Nobody is going to complain if a player gets more position but we will keep complaining about not getting it. I remember how it took you guys more than a decade to finally add the IL+ spot. This is the same thing. You might as well just play in a custom league with 13 Utility spots to be happy.

    Position eligibility requests : ORL- Franz Wagner should have SG eligibility. He already played 4 games for SG, 2 games for PG this season.

    Simmons have always had this Foreard Eligibility.
    He is even defending Giannis.

    levert needs a sf eligibility as hes a starting sf, also bol bol plays sf as well.

    every year he is listed as PF/C but all of a sudden you guys want to reinvent the wheel.. we all know he also plays center when mitchell 'injury prone' robinson gets hurt... and he gets hurt every year, can you please add C eligibility to randle.. hes always had it so it sucks that i even have to make this post

    this dude was named the starting SF at the beginning of the season and now starts a PG but yet you guys only have him listed as SG... please make it make sense! at worse he should be listed as SG/SF at best he should be listed at PG/SG/SF can you guys please update this mans eligibility, thank you!

    Caris LaVert SF Eligibility

    LaVert is the starting SF for Cleveland. With Darius Garland back, and Donovan Mitchell playing the other guard position, LaVert is a SF. He was listed as the starting F in the game on 11/2, and will continue to play that position.

    Nikola Jokic DEN - C
    Nikola Jokic, one of the top playmakers in the league, should have the point guard position.

    Please add PG position to Nikola Jokic.

    Patrick Williams CHI - PF
    Patrick Williams is a 3/4 swing player.

    Please add SF position to Patrick Williams.

    Bol Bol ORL - PF,C
    Franz Wagner ORL - SF,PF
    The Orlando Magic used four tall game starters. Wendell Carter Jr. plays center, Paolo Banchero plays power forward, and Bol Bol plays small forward. Franz Wagner played point guard.

    Please add SF position to Bol Bol.
    Please add PG position to Franz Wagner.

    Jalen McDaniels CHA - SF,PF
    When Mason Plumlee or Nick Richards aren't on the court and the Charlotte Hornets are playing small ball, it'sJaden McDaniels play as a center, not P.J. Washington.P.J. Washington has the center position, and so should Jaden McDaniels.
    Please add C position to Jalen McDaniels.

    Isaiah Stewart DET - C
    Most NBA fantasy leagues have this guy playing two positions PF/C and initially back in his career he had both positions in Yahoo. So now he´s not.
