Currently 4 moves are allowed per week, which is good.
But when it's 2 weeks joint week, like All Star week, there are only 4 moves for 2 weeks.
In the NBA, both this week and All star week are regular weeks, with no reduction of games.
Therefore, the 4 moves for 2 weeks are not enough, because there is not enough moves to strategize for the second week.

It makes sense for 4 moves for 2 weeks, if either of the weeks have reduced amount of NBA games. This is not the case currently.
