Actually put effort towards your product.
How about instead of making me talk to the stupidest chatbot outside of X, you actually let me chat with a human WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM. Especially when time is a factor in needing to get my things fixed.
It's actually pathetic how often this site begs me to give them money for features, WHEN NONE OF THE FEATURES WORK. If you don't want people using your product, just shut it down instead of punishing the people still on it.
