Short week Goalie starts!
Is Yahoo! Sports - Fantasy Hockey going to waive the mandatory goalie starts for Week #12 - Short weeek?
Thank you for contacting us in regard to the minimum goalie appearance requirement for week 12. Due to a reduced NHL schedule December 22-28, your league's Minimum Goaltender Appearances will not be in effect.

Revert to old format
When viewing your roster, please revert back to the old format where you can see when each player is playing a game BESIDE the players name, not in small font underneath.

New Format for Rostering Games
The new format of listing what guys have what games played is not good. It is not easy to see and guys that don't have games that night can easily be mistaken for guys that do. Please consider going back to the old format where the game that day is listed next to the guys name to the right, not under it.

Remove or disable positional rank in NHL Fantasy
Hey, can you Remove or disable positional rank in NHL Fantasy. Or let user choose how players are ranked in yahoo fantasy. The positional rank is bad. You want to see how players are overall ranked for example when trading etc.
Please remove the feature or let user choose how they want to see ranking.

An update is coming to change the position rank back to the overall rank. You do still have the option to view the overall rank while using the Research Assistant.

add a Delay Update Time slider on the Stat Tracker i.e (30 seconds-10min)
Add a Delay Update Time slider on the Stat Tracker so that you can align stat tracker updates with Live televised game time. Nothing worst than watching an NHL game only to see stat tracker update a goal before it happens live on the televised game I'm watching, It sucks the joy out of watching live games. I enjoy watching stat tracker as I watch Live games and don't want to avoid it, I find it enhances the viewing experience. Please just add a Delay Update Time slider on Stat Tracker. Thanks

Poor decision making at yahoo
Trying to charge for setting the active players is terrible greedy idea and almost forced us to change league providers.
ALSO whoever is making decisions is failing miserably. PLEASE change it back to league rank va position rank when clicking on a player!
Thank you for your feedback. While there is no specific timeframe we can provide, our team is working to change this back so that overall rank shows instead of position rank.

Make it possible to choose “pos rank”
I personally see no use in the new pos rank on player profiles and think that it should at least be optional. It is good that you are trying to develop the app (in other ways than trying to make more money), but why roll out updates like this mid-season? Maybe you are A/B testing, but in that case make that clear and feedback easily accessible.

There will be a future update to remove the position rank for non-football leagues, but we do not have an estimated date for that change. You should still be able to view the season rank through the Research Assistant.

Put point change back in
I am in the hockey pool RHL. Why have you taken the nightly point change out of the league stats. You have had that previous years.

Please change the default to Stats as opposed to Projected Stats
Please change the default to Stats as opposed to Projected Stats, or make whatever you have clicked last to remain static until you click another category. I can help you with this if you would like. Adding players
You need to expand the available players as some fringe NHL players that are worth stashing until they are called up are not available. The penguins have called up a goalie now from the AHL and he will be starting tomorrow and he is still not available in Yahoo, please add him ASAP. Sergei Murashov.

You never added Penguins goalies Sergei Murashov. Now, instead of being able to grab him as a FA I have to hope he gets to me on waivers.

Display the number of games a player played the previous season
Helps to determine the players previous season's rank based on the amount of games they played that year

If you are using web, you can click on the news icon next to any player and go to "Season Stats" to view their games played for the current season and two previous seasons. If you want to see more past seasons, you can click on the player's name at the top.

When a player is (O), you can place them in IR.
When players are out (O), in your fantasy football, you can put them in IR. Why not the same in hockey? It is so annoying, especially when you are so limited at certain positions and your pickups. Change it, please.

Fantasy hockey uses NA, IR, and IR+ roster positions:
- Not Active - Used for players that aren't active yet (minor leaguers).
- Injured Reserve - Used for players that are on the NHL’s injured reserve list.
- Injured Reserve Plus - Used for IR , DTD (Day to day), or O (Out) designations.

It is dishonest and and possibly fraudulent, especially now that the season had started. if we had know you would do this we would have switched leagues this season. now we will do it for sure. you will not get a dollar from me or anyone in my league. kick rocks.

Make the matchup tab more harmonious with the rest of the app by allowing a player to click on an opponents team name.
In category league. From the matchups tab I would like to be able to click my opponents team name and have it bring up their stats where I can see their total stats for the week at the top and be able to go by each day stats and see those totals at the top. (Much like you can with your own team when viewing your personal stats) this way I can look at only the stats for the week of the match up. Currently this is impossible I can only go through league - team name - filter. But…

Your platform is an absolute joke
It is 2025. Draft picks for keeper leagues should be automatic and not need a click to be processed. Switching managers for a team should be easy. Keepers shouldn't need manual placement. These are things I don't have to do on other platforms for 15 years.

Game Day Column Gone. Why so many needless changes this year?
You have made it SO MUCH tougher to see who is playing today. For what reason? There is just more empty space on the page. Please please change it back. I understand the information is now listed under the player but it is so small and in the same font as the name and much much harder to see and significantly more time consuming. I can't stress enough the importance of ease in seeing who is playing that day.

Allow app to open on team page!
You make things less enjoyable every year and were vastly superior to other platforms! Can you please return at least the option of opening the app to the team page (or at least the sport)! It's been that way until recently and with only one team and zero interest in the rest of it, it's really annoying. Thanks
