Go back to the old one! This is awful....far too cluttered. Can't find anything. Just like the terrible changes to a perfectly OK email, now
My idea is Brilliant! Just go back to the old email and home page and stop mucking it all about. Job done!

Query about email spam from my own account
This is not an idea...this is a message to try and get any information on how I can contact yahoo directly, either my email or phone to report my account being compromised and used to send out spam. I have spent the better part of an hour trying to find anyway to contact customer care or feedback other than the randomly generated help responses. Very frustrated. I have traced the ISP addresses that used my email address to send spam out as the yahoo head office in Sunnyvale California, and returned via Minsk. There however, has been no suspicious account…

Please explain why you insist on me providing a mobile number to set up a Yahoo account.
I don't provide my mobile phone number to anyone unless they have a valid reason. I certainly don't provide it over the internet.
Your excuses regarding "requiring" a mobile number to enable email resets are invalid.
Finally, I don't believe you are allowed to require such private information under Australian law.
You do not require it to provide the service being requested. Please provide an option to use a verified email address for password resets..

Your logo being used without permission on misogynistic site
Hi there
I'm writing regarding Julien Blanc's tour of Australia as part of Real Social Dynamics. He's a pick up artist who teaches men how to physically and emotionally harass abuse women to pick them up, including choking women on the streets.
Why it relates to your company?
He's displaying your logo on his webpage as a sponsor.
Scroll right to the bottom to see it here: http://www.realsocialdynamics.com/contact.asp
There's a campaign taking off around Australia right now to have hotels cancel his event. Five already have cancelled and eventbrite has refused to continue to work with him.
It seems like…
