Make sure your links actually work. In the last week I have had pages shut down and then an "oops page won't load" appears.
Fix the problem.

Take it back to what it was
This new site is an absolute abomination - way, way too many ads, and now putting "sponsored" stuff in the stories section - and bloody banner ads that come up every time you navigate from one story to another - the list goes on and on and on ....... - NOT happy with the new format and definitely not happy with the massively increased number of ads - almost ready to vote with my feet and move to google, have been with yahoo for over 30 years but am getting mightily p***ed off with this site

Australian Yahoo
I want Australian Yahoo, I want the old uncluttered Home Page, Non Scrolling News, No Advertising as I opted out of ads but still get them, they are ANNOYING.
Get RID of that USELESS YANKEE flag from the AUSTRALIAN yahoo, once we choose our country , that FEN FLAG IS STILL THERE, * IT OFF.
WHEN WE CHOOSE Australia , our flag SHOULD BE LOCKED IN AND THE ONLY FLAG SHOWN.
I AM / WE ARE AUSTRALIAN, NOT BIGGOTED, I AM BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE , DO BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE ATTITUDE AMERICAN **** !!!144th ranked -
Make my mail work. I need to acces important emails
Mail wont work. I cant log in and it wont send a reset code to my other email or phone. What do I do? I REALLY need to access a couple of my emails urgently. I have been trying all morning. It doesn't say Im blocked or anything it just comes up with an error report that says:
Server Connection Closed
Description: The server "real.edit.yahoo.com" closed the connection before the transaction was completed. What the heck does this mean? I need the emails NOW. HELP1059th ranked -

Go back to the old one! This is awful....far too cluttered. Can't find anything. Just like the terrible changes to a perfectly OK email, now
My idea is Brilliant! Just go back to the old email and home page and stop mucking it all about. Job done!

Query about email spam from my own account
This is not an idea...this is a message to try and get any information on how I can contact yahoo directly, either my email or phone to report my account being compromised and used to send out spam. I have spent the better part of an hour trying to find anyway to contact customer care or feedback other than the randomly generated help responses. Very frustrated. I have traced the ISP addresses that used my email address to send spam out as the yahoo head office in Sunnyvale California, and returned via Minsk. There however, has been no suspicious account…

Please explain why you insist on me providing a mobile number to set up a Yahoo account.
I don't provide my mobile phone number to anyone unless they have a valid reason. I certainly don't provide it over the internet.
Your excuses regarding "requiring" a mobile number to enable email resets are invalid.
Finally, I don't believe you are allowed to require such private information under Australian law.
You do not require it to provide the service being requested. Please provide an option to use a verified email address for password resets..
