Don't you have a contact number so I can actually TALK to a human being about my problem with my inbox. I've sent four e-mails and no answer
Get a phone number so people can actually talk to Yahoo techs to help solve problems. My incoming e-mails goe directly to my Trash box and not my Inbox. This has been going on for three weeks now and I've sent 4 e-mails trying to get some help in solving this problem and NO RESPONSE. Tried everything to solve the problem and can'tdo itmyself or any of your "useless" Help sites or community links. Yahoo is not a service ,it's become an uncommunative nightmare. I have set up alerts on search items but when I want to Unsubscribe or Manage Alerts I dumped to Generic home page with all your bs movie
Setup a proper manage Alerts link rather then just dumping us to a meaningless page with all the **** you want to advertise. The current Unsubscribe from or Manage Alert links don't work worth ****

Make the Send button appear all the time!
Yesterday I wrote an email to a friend but couldn't find the "Send" button after writing it! Then it appeared. But I didn't use it right away. I hit the "stationery" button instead. Then when I looked, the Send button had disappeared again!

I need to be able to contact cutomer support more easily when there's a problem.
I would like it to be easier to get into a live chat if there's a serious problem with one of the services like Flickr failing to upload my pictures correctly.

Account dead-end
My situation requires direct help, but there is no way to talk to someone or even to write! The email feedback software does not accept my gmail account as valid. Please write back to me at alain.v.larochelle@gmail.com about the account allanrockwell@yahoo.ca that i cannot access anymore. I will explain further when you do.
