  7. Improve the Help icon

    Extremely difficult to open the ''Help'' icon next to the ''profile'' icon, The mouse doesn't seem to be able to find a spot to click it open when the menu appears, it is to small and it keeps closing again. Furthermore, the advertisement on the right partly hides when the help menu appears.

  10. Hey, this is email, quit including ads in my in-box, quit making me unclick that little box every time I sign in -- I don't want to be signe

    I don't want to have to unclick that box every time I sign in, I do not want to be signed in all the time. Trying to opt out is impossible. Directions seem to vary. I never opted in, in the first place. Grrrrr Also, why do I have to post this. This is meant as a communication to Yahoo and yahoo only.

  12. Each time I try to log on to my mail

    Each time I try to log on to my mail I am diverted to enter my cell number, change my password and create a profile. This is very annoying so how can I stop it ? I just want to log in and go to my e-mail like it has been in the past.

    local to us at least, yahoo seems to have really, cleverly destroyed a newish -a week old, seriously guarded machine...it is actually ruined--by your lovely home page. this was well done. bye now, thanks

  17. Your search engine has become utterly useless.

    I can no longer rely on Yahoo mail to render even the simplest search accurately. The results are totally random. I am reduced to scrolling through myriads of emails to find the one I need. I have put up with a lot of yahoo mail's quirks because you have been my primary provider for years. But unless this is rectified extremely soon, I have no choice but to change over completely to another email provider

  19. The ad that opens at the top of my homepage, I am using Rogers, obliges me to close it every time I refresh the screen. Please stop that.

    Please stop this ad popping open and obliging me to close. If this continues I will simply not have Yahoo as my homepage. It is unacceptably annoying
