  2. My email address is "jsmidrkal@yahoo.com" I have to sign in at least ten times in one day a that make me sick. Can you do someting with it??

    Is Gamer heaven a trusted yahoo site? and is there such a thing? A very large amount of people are upset with this site, an all around bad experience. can you please get back to me and let me know if you do have any affiliation with them?

  5. Mail layout - return to original, individual reciept - NOT "strings" of emails. VERY CONFUSING AND ANNOYING

    The "string" mode of email sent & received is so bothersome. It's difficult finding specific received mails. Identifying mails by "me" and another name is an unnecessary shortcut. Being able to return to the "old format" would be sensible. I cannot find any "option" for doing so or, perhaps, I just don't know where to look.

  7. Help with email for elderly relative

    Hi, my Mom is in her late 70's she live in Ontario, I live in BC Canada, however she can not get into her email for many months. I do have a relative that lives near her that may be able to help, however I have heard you have a phone help line could you please send me that phone number, that works in Ontario and I will pass it on to her/them. So they can retrieve her email. Thanks , Debbie N.

  8. Time to switch homepages

    The fact that today's Yahoo homepage has no mention of the US election results has forced me to move my browser's homepage to msn.ca. This is the final straw in an ongoing decline in the quality of Yahoo's front page. Since 1996 my homepage has been set to Yahoo, but that ends today.

    Your service has become increasingly unreliable for the past 2 months and now I hate it. But for the fact that everyone I know uses this address to contact me by email then I would have changed services by now....I hate it here, It's always *********.

  16. video's won't load

    Your sorry for the inconvenience, but how long is it going to take to make it right. There have been times that I get blank pages outside of yahoo headers on the top of the page. Sometimes when you touch things that are great and have a bunch of people liking it, you mess up trying to make it even better, so please leave it alone or take it back to where it use to be!

  19. My god, who thought this new homepage was a good idea???

    this new homepage is total ****. It's like having "people" magazine endlessly scrolling, with garbage ads, mixed in with the stories?????? Absolute garbage.Hard to read, hard to see - I will never use this page except as a way to get to my email.
