  2. New Yahoo US home page SUCKS! Stop changing it... NEW is NOT better!

    It is not user friendly and trying to navigate through the page is the worst I have seen come from Yahoo. If this is your idea of improvement... someone needs to go back to the drawing board or just be fired.

  4. Every time I have a problem Yahoo is somehow connected. I lost my Apple homepage and can't get it back. what I got was posted through Yahoo

    Provide a contact method either Customer Service address and or phone number.

  7. get the hyperlinks off of the top of the story.

    Fix the pages so that the hyperlinks don't appear over top of the story or don't follow you as you try to scroll away and read the story without the **** links following you down the page. It has been like this for months. Why is it not fixed?

  9. I want to be able to delete a block of emails, such as before a certain date, and you don't provide any guidance on how to do that.

    I don't want to spend time clicking on the little box for each email I want to delete. I want to be able to do many at a time, such as before a certain date. I want to delete a lot of old emails. I can't find anything in your help info that guides me on how to do that. Can it be done?

    Its extremely annoying how every other ad is about some Apple product! Especially for the millions of people who don't buy Apple products. Bigger screens, NFC , pay by phone and predictive typing keyboards have been around way before Apple announces to the world that they have invented them.....

  16. Since you call yourselves "Yahoo Canada" could you adhere to Canadian / English spelling. e.g. the story of the U.S. Open winner

    Use Canadian / English spelling rather than the lazy copy and paste from American sites. Why bother calling yourselves Yahoo Canada if you can not even respect a simple difference between our two cultures?

  20. We Need A Report Problem Button to Report Issues

    I've been getting error messages and nothing in your help section is even remotely helpful and does nothing to answer my issue which is the my user card isn't loading and giving errors.I need a way to directly report any problems like this without being repeatedly directed to things unrelated to my issue.
