    Yahoo Help is ******* useless! Where is the e-mail address or phone number to get help? That would be of real use. A person is directed around and around in circles with no useful resolution of their problem. Having "We're Here to Help" is not only risible but it is pure bull-****. The quality of Yahoo e-mail user's experience has diminished incredibly.

  3. I hate the new Yahoo - when I access an email it often disappears when I want to re-access it. it.

    I hate the new Yahoo. Whenever I access an email they often just disappear when go back to the in box, and I don't want to keep losing them. Also, Yahoo has locked me out of one of my Flickr accounts and there is no way to retrieve it because it displays an unknown email address for the account and I do not have a mobile number. There is no way to get hold of Yahoo direct. What is wrong with Yahoo?

  4. Spontaneously deleted e-mail

    Twice I have had e-mails spontaneously disappear from my inbox. I didn't click "delete" or "spam" and I could not find the e-mails at all. It's like they were deleted from inbox and trash, except that I didn't delete them.

    YSRD - Thousands of potential customers cannot read anything past your home page because of this stupid re-direct. All articles are firewalled as soon as the YSRD shows up. Why have you done this *****? And no - I can't ask my empolyer to allow it. So get your * together.

  9. You've taken away the option of altering forwarded emails. Attachments have to be downloaded and then reloaded to a new email instead. Arghh

    We used to be able to simply hit the Forward button and then could alter the message and send on the email WITH the attachments. Now, if we can't simply resend the email without alteration, we have to download any attachments and then reload to a FRESH email. Can we go back to the way it was done before?

    Dear Yahoo,
    your e-mail has been sh*tting the bed for some time now. I have asked friends what their thoughts are and those that have used Yahoo mail have already switched to another provider. I'd like to stay with yahoo as switching is a pain in the butt. But seriously, you guys have some technical and stability issues to sort out.

  18. Fix your system. For the past six months I have had repeated issues regarding my password. Also have been unable to connect to your servers.

    I have had my yahoo acct for decades, literally. In the last six months I have had more password problems and server problems than in the previous decades combined. What I'd going on and do your investors read these. If they did.....

    My search engine, on every page, is a MESS. How is Yahoo now taking over my University's search engine and messing up the start of my year? I'm done with you. No, it is not EASY on a Mac, with a bilingual French English framework, to turn off your settings. YOUR settings, NOT mine. Thanks - goodbye, Yahoo.
