  5. Why do you keep mucking about with the format

    I used to be able to type something into search, get a page that had a nice layout of suggestions, and then across the top was things like web, images, local and so on. Now it is down the left hand side. When looking at images now the sizes are all different instead of a uniform size. You are paying people apparently to mess about with stuff that DOESN'T NEED TO BE CHANGED. If it was working why do you ***** with it. God you people are annoying constantly changing things and making them worse, less user friendly and annoying.

  17. give users who don't have a mobile phone an option!!!!

    Yahoo asks me frequently to add my mobile number so that my data won't be lost if I forget my account information. I don't have a mobile phone, but there is no option to simply click "I don't have a mobile phone." Give a landline or alternative email option.
