Improve email service...
My complaint today has to do with email...
My account is broken. while composing emails I can not attach any files and the bottom bar that used to contain the attachment option is blank other than the SEND button.
The other issue is that if I want to move a file into a folder the old email would have a box next to the file and you could select the boxes and move more than one file. This option is no longer available in my email account. Is it just my email or is every email now like this.2885th ranked -

How about a review of Prefabulous World - released this week and including 4 fabulous Canadian houses as well as houses around the world. Other countries represented are the US, Japan, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, etc. The houses are all very energy efficient, sustainable and beautiful.

Negative reponse to new format
So now that it is apparent the new look Yahoo is not going over at all in a positive way,could the experts at Yahoo let us users know what changes are to be made or is the option of switching to the old format being reconsidered.Yahoo management cannot be happy with the response so in respect to the users of yahoo why no response????You made a change that hasn't worked its ok we all learn from our mistakes!!!!

I have been trying to find my previous email address, bayliss.bernice@yahoo.ca but can't get to change the password. Help!
I have just had to replace my computer and am trying to setup the new one with old/familiar sites. I have been trying to find my previous email address and password. I believe my brother, Jim Latimer, set up a Yahoo email address for me under "bayliss.bernice@yahoo.ca". It may have been "bernice.bayliss@yahoo.ca". I also have lost my password program. Can you send me an email at my new address, "abbayliss@yahoo.ca", please?

You have become a hazard to computing. Deny all you like, I see evidence everywhere. Sad.
My cell/internet/tv supplier with massive resources & smarts tells me now, online to leave yahoo and why I should, several times daily. They are most serious and not yahoo competition. Yahoo is now a very serious security hazard. Your other pedestrian problems could be tolerated before but no more. Sad to watch.

Video problem
Fix the **** video, at least provide an explaination. I can't believe a large site like Yahoo can not fix a video problem. I'm really tempted to go to another site. Home page,mail, everything will be changed. Do you know what that is. It's called losing a customer.

In my Yahoo Mail - since y'all changed it several months ago, I can only move 1, yes 1, email at a time to Folders!! Please fix!

Fix videos
You're videos don't work. Oh the commercials come thru fine. Strange don't blame my computer. It is happening to other people I've spoken to. It's unacceptable. Fix it. This has been going on for weeks.
