  1. Would love to get back my "recycled account" sorry if I only go on it about once every 3 - 4 months

    Retrieving "recycled" accounts - would love to get my "recycled" account back as so many people and organizations have it and it is the only way they can contact me if need be. Someone at some point changed my password so I could not get access. - NEW ACCOUNT NOT A SOLUTION.

    Yahoo Answers needs to block the URLs of chronic spammers. People who go and post a dozen or more adds, as questions or as answers. These people get reported, kicked out of YA and come back with a new account the next day.
