  3. have someone available to help people with their concern, A RADICALLY NEW IDEA, A HUMAN BEING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Actually have a human being somewhere out in cyber space to answer our concerns, also a chat area to help people with their problems while trying to use your product, or at least a phone number and more importantly someone on the other end.if you want to be taken seriously in your business you must manage your business somewhat efficiently. The million dollar question is who or what is in control, chaos, I think.

  14. When you click on local news for Ottawa, it says cannot find location, enter a U.S. location. Please fix.

    Fix this bug that has existed for many months now. The CBC news feed works, but when you click on Ottawa link at the bottom of the page, you get the error message described above. And, if you can't bring back the local Ottawa news (I don't see why not), delete the bad link!!!

  15. Yahoo Answers is much too busy and the ads are given preferred treatment over content.

    It's rather sad that a question is only allowed 2 lines for description and you must click "read more". The ads, however, are prominently displayed right underneath

  18. why give an option for turning on location services. if we say no... you ignore it anyway. and hijack our computers? why bother?

    every time i go to play yahoo pool the room will not let me see the game i can hear the set up and the other player starting but no vision of the table or room they boot me and it gets upsetting please fix this problem have freinds i play with on your sight . im a costomer that is not happy
