    Actually have a human being somewhere out in cyber space to answer our concerns, also a chat area to help people with their problems while trying to use your product, or at least a phone number and more importantly someone on the other end.if you want to be taken seriously in your business you must manage your business somewhat efficiently. The million dollar question is who or what is in control, chaos, I think.
